Return Policy for Televisions
At Soulaca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your TV, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: The TV must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. TVs showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Custom-configured TVs or special orders cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items: TVs marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.
Physical Damage: TVs damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.
